Hi to all - - -

It almost seems silly to write you when its been over a month since we purchased our wonderful Featherlite used trailer ... But some good stuff just needs to be said, and better late than necer certainly applies here!!  :)  Firstly, you all treated us SO kindly when we were there!!!  Our salesman ran all over with us as we were trying to figure out the right trailer (VERY PATIENT MAN!)  And all the staff asked us if we wanted anything ... even just chatted with us while we waited (and that included the owner!!)  NOBODY is nice like that anymore!!! People are usually so crabby & short ... and you're giving them business ... BUT NOT YOU GUYS!!! We even felt "at home" at your business !!!  If ever we would get another trailer we would HANDS DOWN come back to you ... We wouldn't even check anywhere else because you guys are the best !!!!!!!! And then you gave us a deal on the little tire changing block + the whole trailer deal!  but I think most astounding of all was when one of your staff called our home to find out how our ride home was ... Now mind you, he treated us like gold ( & so did the other guys) while we were there AND all of them were working SO late & missing supper YIPES ... but to have someone call & check on us the next day ... NEVER has anyone EVER given that level of service or care !!!  We comment you ALL & your hard work & strong work ethic ... You all were refreshing & encouraging !!!  What a great business !!!
